Overview
Sinch is a B2B cloud marketplace specialized for Telco. They needed a complete revamping of their whole brand and online collaterals.
Our team worked on the branding, graphic and web design. Evelina was an in-house consultant for a duration of 6 months, during which we designed, developed and launched the new website.
The website was built on Drupal, is quite complex in nature and was challenging to bring to perfection.
Challange
As it happens with most full branding and web design projects, we were not the first agency the client had hired.
We took over after another sub-contractor had left the project unfinished, both in terms of the graphic design and the web development.
We managed to complete a full bug report, alleviate all past discrepancies in the code and we brought the branding and website to full completion in just 6 months.
Success Factors
There is one thing that always works in every project and tis is applying industry best practices and extensive marketing and technological knowledge.
As the lead on this project, Evelina utilized both the understanding of the customer’s business needs and the engineering specificities behind the software development.
The team, though consisting of all freelancers, performed very well under pressure and managed to deliver an optimal result.
